*Locate,
Negotiate, Manage, and Oversee Entertainment and Hospitality Venues
True hospitality is making your guests' feel like they are at home. Imagine Norm from
"Cheers" walking into the bar, everyone knows his name and his beverage is at
his favorite bar stool before he sits down. This is the atmosphere GSA creates for all of
its guests while at an event. The details of your stay become the responsibility of GSA.
*Electrical & Air
Conditioning/Climate Control (HVAC)
At events it imnportant to have sufficient electrical drops to handle all of your and your
client's needs. Controlling the temperature in any space is critical to the success
of your event. GSA is on the job. We will closely work with and actively
monitor room conditions to assure a constant comfortable environment is available at all
times.
*Restroom & Janitorial
Services
Depending on the event, restrooms can become your responsibility. GSA can
arrange for a variety of solution in this area. Products range from the standard
fiberglass free-standing manual units up to rolling, climate-controlled, wood-paneled
palaces with running water.
*Communications
Critical anytime. But more important during events because people are typically not
in familiar surrounding. GSA will create clear communication channels for guests,
vendors, and staff.
*Medical Facilities/Solutions
Medical team(s) are typically provided by the event, facility, or venue. However,
there may be time where you are required to provide these services. GSA will assist you in
determining need and then source quality vendors that will assure you minimal exposure.
*Insurance
Typically, your company has adequate insurance and Risk Management solutions in place for
any activity or event. However, GSA would be happy to discuss various exposures and
history with your underwriting team to assure coverage and risk.
*Security
More and more GSA is being called upon to provide various levels of individual and group
security at events. Not that we have security backgrounds per se. Rather, that we
are intimately familiar with events and going "low profile" as well as an active
database of who's-who in the high-profile protection community.
