Travel Management

*Negotiate, Contract, Coordinate, and Manage all Transportation Aspects

The success of event hospitality depends in part on the ability to get guests to and from event destinations on time and provide the flexibility that is sometimes necessary, given particular needs. GSA recognizes that events do not always run on strict schedules. Through our experiences with event transportation, we offer you the added peace of mind, so that when a guest or executive needs transportation for any reason, our reliable staff is there to meet your needs. These services are provided by staffed chauffeur driven limousines, luxury vehicles, passenger vans and party buses. 24-hour on call vehicles can also be arranged through GSA.

*Ground Transportation
Limousines: Typically seat 4 - 14 adults comfortably and come in a variety of makes and models. Lincoln Towncars, Ford Expeditions, Mercedes, Rolls Royce, and Hummers have all been stretched to give guests comfort and prestige to and from destinations.

Luxury Vehicles: Typically seat 2 adults comfortably and are usually Cadillac or Lincoln Towncars. Would you like exclusively current Jaguars or Vintage cars to transport your guests? Your possibilities with Luxury vehicles are limitless.

Passenger Vans: Passenger Vans have 2-4 bench seats to accommodate up to 15 guests comfortably. 15 passenger vans offer a practical and convenient way to transport your guests to and from events.

Party Buses: Can seat up to 40 guests and transport them in comfort, while they enjoy beverages, music and a party like atmosphere together.

*Air Travel
We can charter private aircraft's for you to enjoy on one-day outings in another location or bring in VIP guests you invited.

*Coordination of Air and Ground Transportation
GSA will work with you on coordinating the arrival and pick-up of your guests from private or international airports in event cities. A GSA hostess, holding a sign bearing your company's name and using two-way radio's to coordinate with transportation the arrival of your guests will greet all guests at the terminal. We will escort your guests through baggage claim, then onto their transportation vehicles to assure that everything goes smoothly.

*Group Air Discount
GSA will work with major airlines and travel agents to assist in getting group-discounted airfare for you and guests.
